Implementing various core/glute focused, and weightlifting exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals in a group setting.
45 min & 1 hr. sessions available.

Max Out Saturdays
FREE class for those clients that attend sessions M-F on a monthly basis.
45-minute workout including, but not limited to cardio, weightlifting, and circuits.

SweatItOut Sundays
Sunday ONLY
1 hour BOOTCAMP - $10/per class
What To Expect
Everyday when you arrive you will stretch. MJ or DJ will show you how.
Everyday you will have a warm up to do before your workout. The warm up will always be on the bottom of the board in RED.
Our warm ups will always have some correlation to the actual work out.
There will be color coded workout board by exercise name only.
RED- Weight Loss
BLUE- Weight Gain (Men & Women)
BLACK- Everyone (Weight Loss & Gain)
Each exercise will also have a color code for the number of reps to do based on your classification.
GREEN- Beginner
ORANGE- Intermediate
PURPLE- Advance
Black- Advance
Each exercise will be written in one of the colors above for the specified group and reps to do. If you have questions, see the trainer on duty for assistance.
